She has clinical experience working in adolescent inpatient trauma units, supporting youth in acute crisis through trauma-informed stabilization, emotional regulation, and safety planning in high-intensity hospital settings.
Rylee creates a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. Her clinical approach integrates strength-based, goal-oriented practices with evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care. Rylee works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, academic and social pressures, family conflict, identity development, and other emotional or behavioral concerns.
She is currently pursuing certification in Equine-Assisted Therapy (EAT) to expand her practice with experiential, nature-based interventions that support emotional healing and growth through connection with animals and the outdoors.
