Rylee Walen, MSW, LGSW is a licensed therapist with a specialization in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She has clinical experience working in adolescent inpatient trauma units, supporting youth in acute crisis through trauma-informed stabilization, emotional regulation, and safety planning in high-intensity hospital settings.
Rylee creates a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. With a strong foundation in crisis intervention and emotional regulation, Rylee helps youth and families build stability, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience in the face of stress, transitions, or trauma.
Her clinical approach integrates strength-based, goal-oriented practices with evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care. Rylee works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, academic and social pressures, family conflict, identity development, and other emotional or behavioral concerns.
She is currently pursuing certification in Equine-Assisted Therapy (EAT) to expand her practice with experiential, nature-based interventions that support emotional healing and growth through connection with animals and the outdoors.
