We accept cash, check, credit cards, insurance, and county service dollars as forms of payment. Remember you may also use your FSA or HSA to pay for your sessions.
Diagnostic Evaluation: $250
Initial Visit/Single sessions = $150, additional single visits $85
Treatment Package: 12 Treatments - $1500 = $125/treatment
Extended Treatment and Wellness package: 20 Treatments - $2340 = $117/treatment
Family Package (can be used for 3 or 4 members of the same household): 40 Treatments - $4000 = $100/treatment
Veterans Discount - $75/treatment
Payment plans available for packages; Ask about a discount for additional family members
Private Pay Clients
Clients may choose to pay for their sessions apart from insurance companies. To have therapy services covered under insurance, you must have a mental health diagnosis. Private paying clients often desire to have their permanent health record void of their mental health diagnosis, and prevent insurance companies from having legal access to their diagnosis, treatment plan and case notes containing a great deal of personal information. Payment is made at the time of the session.
As a private paying client you can be assured of the following:
You and your clinician decide what is most important to address, without third party restrictions.
If a diagnosis is made, it remains confidential
You and your clinician can determine the length and frequency of each session.
Confidentiality: your record and all information in it will remain between you and your clinician, within the limits of the laws.
If you are interested in serving our country in any military branch, sessions remain off record.
You can be confident that your care and personal information is held to the highest standard of privacy allowed by Minnesota laws and statutes.

Clients who wish to use insurance benefits, please check with your provider regarding in network and out of network coverage. If a co-pay is required, we will collect before each session.
24 hour notice is required for canceling or rescheduling a previously scheduled appointment. There is a $50.00 charge for appointments that were not previously cancelled.
PHONE CALLS & EMAILS:
We strive to meet all client needs after a session is over, however in order to maintain and model healthy boundaries, repetitive phone call that take longer than 30 minutes will be billed accordingly. Regular email correspondence will generally occur on Fridays.
Occasionally requests are made for mental health evaluations and other reports. A fee will be charged for these reports.
Progress Report/Court Report writing - $150/hour
Requested or Subpoenaed Court Appearances/Testimony - $185/hour including travel time.
GUARDIANS OF MINORS WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN A SAFE HARBOR AGREEMENT, A DISCLOSURE REGARDING DIVORCE & CUSTODY LITIGATION AND A COURT APPEARANCE POLICY AS A PART OF THE INTAKE PROCESS.
